Instructions:
1 teaspoon of tea in 200ml of boiling water. Let the tea steep for 15 minutes. Cover the tea while it steeps. Pour through the strainer into a cup.
Dosage:
Adults: 2-3 cups per day
Children under 12: 1/2 cup 2 times a day.
Cannot be used when pregnant or breastfeeding
