Dosage׃ Adults- Take 1 cup twice a day.
Directions
Add one teaspoon of the tea blend in 200ml of boiling water. Let the tea steep for 15 minutes. Cover the tea while it steeps. Pour through the strainer into a cup.
Note׃ Do not boil your tea as it will take out the nutrients, rather leave it overnight to steep if you want it to be strong. If you are using any of our tea blends use one type of tea per day and alternate them with days
